Check that your paid subscription is active on Substack and that you connected with the right account in Pile. Pile can only read the posts your subscription actually grants you.
The summary of a long essay looks incomplete
Essays of several thousand words are summarized section by section. If the summary feels too short, open the full post in Pile to read the complete fetched text.
A publication is not showing up even though I am subscribed
Check that the publication is in your follow list in Connect. If you subscribed recently, wait for the next ingest cycle or trigger a manual sync from your source settings.
