If something breaks
An issue never arrived in Pile even though I received it in my regular inbox
Check that you subscribed with your Pile alias (pile-xxxx@inbox.merry-forge.com) and not your main address. For publications you were already subscribed to, add a forwarding rule in your mail client to redirect them to the alias.
The summary is empty or very short
Some newsletters send an image-only email with no plain text. Pile cannot summarize an image. Ask the publication for a text version, or follow it via its RSS feed if it offers one.
I am receiving unwanted emails on my alias
Your alias is unique and private: if you are getting spam, you shared it somewhere. Regenerate your alias in the source settings; newsletters already received stay in your Pile.

Are my emails stored in clear text?
